Lissa {she/they} is a meditation, yoga, and qigong facilitator as well as a mental health nurse practitioner with over fourteen years of experience in nursing, mental health, and embodied practices.

Lissa’s offerings include somatic psychotherapy, movement/meditation, coaching, communal and ancestral practices, psychopharmacology, writing, and health justice advocacy.

Lissa shares practices that are compassionate, social and racial justice-oriented, and trauma-informed for the wellness and liberation of all beings. Lissa is particularly moved to work with populations less likely to have exposure or access to contemplative practices.
