If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Black Network Associates web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

8. Refund Policy

Because our membership is of a digital nature, we recommend new members on board at a the basic membership level, which provides comprehensive services to members as well as virtual chapter startup, although it cost our organization money to provide these services we charge a minimal pass through fee for members on the basic level which serves as a precursor level, we also provide our high level professional membership on a monthly to use on a monthly basis, when our members see the value of membership, they are free to upgrade their subscription to an annual membership with a 10% discount. Because of the nature of our work, we do not acquire government funding or outside funds from external sources with the exception of donations, we have a no refund policy. We recommend all new members start out with the basic level before moving to a monthly paid membership to ascertain the value of membership prior to professional commitment level.

9. Website Builds

Because the nature of our non-profit structure, we provide custom website development services to our members with the exception that member remain in good standing, continue as a paid member for at least one year to cost justify BNA internal resources for developing and maintaining website for said members. Early termination of membership will result in, a fee for service, member will purchase domain back from BNA for website build which include time, labor, expenses plus hosting fees which could result in $300 to $500 in early termination charges.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

  1. We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
  2. We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
  3. We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
  4. Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
