Khaleidoscope Health Care, Inc. is a dually licensed and accredited ambulatory health care provider that also offers outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) substance abuse treatment. Khaleidoscope is dedicated to serving ​the unmet needs of underserved Hudson County residents.

A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Khaleidoscope's primary mission is to provide access to quality, affordable, community-based health care through education and preventative medical care. We serve our community from two convenient, respectful and welcoming locations in Jersey City, NJ — 75 Harrison Avenue and 127 Lafayette Street.

Khaleidoscope provides a full range of medical services for a healthy body. We promote healthy habits and controlling the spread of illnesses and diseases. Additionally, we educate members of our community on all aspects of healthy living, acquaint them with our clinics and wellness services, and establish and maintain long-term relationships throughout Hudson County.
