Eliot R Mosby is the Managing Owner of the Montclair Diner located in Upper Montclair, NJ.  Prior to acquiring the diner, Eliot worked for 15+ years in Corporate America as an Operations and Supply Chain Global Executive for companies like United Airlines, Campbell’s Soup/Pepperidge Farm, Parts Town, Hostess & Grainger.

He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, a Six Sigma Green Belt from North Carolina State University and a Marketing Management, Finance & Speech Communications bachelors degree from Augustana College.

Eliot R Mosby is a native of Chicago, IL and enjoys being servant and giving back to the local community.  He is excited to bring to Montclair, NJ a “taste of Chicago.”  Many of the Chicago style dishes and flavors have a traditional southern style influence.
