he Capital Area Adult Literacy Council (CAALC) is a 501(c)(3) organization located in Montgomery, Alabama, focused in literacy tutoring for adults over the age of 18. For many men and women throughout the Montgomery area, literacy is a luxury that they have never been able to enjoy. At CAALC, we provide accessible free literacy programs to area adults.
